In this example we were called in by Curo the housing organisation to re-clean a carpet that had been damaged by smoke and ash from a bin store fire outside the property. A so called professional cleaning company had made a not so professional attempt at cleaning the carpets, which the tenant was not happy with.
When we visited it was very obvious the previous company had cut corners by using standard cleaning procedures where a more specialist approach was necessary.
By using the correct chemicals and cleaning technique we were able to significantly improve the level of clean, to the complete satisfaction of the tenant and Curo.
Polypropalene loop pile carpet, pre-sprayed Prochem Ultrapac Renovate, then extracted with an acid rinse to neutralise the pH.
